Construction Project Assistant

We have a short term project that could also become a full time opportunity with one of our two construction companies.
The project is located in Beverly Hills and our home office is in Van Nuys.
Hours are 7am to 3:
30pm Monday through Friday.
We're an established and well respected remodeling company that needs someone to assist in organization and communication on an exciting high end project.
You'll be tracking contracts, RFIs, job costs and assisting the team.
You MUST be highly organized, a great communicator, have EXCELLENT computer skills including Excel and Word and must be able to create and and manage a spreadsheet.
Ideally, you will be detail oriented and have a love for numbers.
You will be working directly with the Management of the company in addition to others in the accounting department.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
