Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wound Care Doctor to join our dynamic healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in wound care management and treatment.
As a Wound Care Doctor, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with acute and chronic wounds in various settings, including home visits, outpatient and inpatient care centers, rehab centers, and clinic patients.
Key
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Perform debridement, wound dressing, and other advanced wound care techniques as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.
Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in wound care management through continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or eligibility in wound care medicine.
Active medical license in the state of California.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in wound care management.
Strong clinical skills with proficiency in performing advanced wound care procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
