Candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced medical environment and work well with a team while providing excellent customer service.
Must be dependable, committed, have excellent communication and computer skills.
The successful candidate must be able to coordinate with Doctor and staff to ensure a pleasant and welcoming experience for our patients.

Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival to the office Checking patients out after their appointment, scheduling their appointment Rooming patients, answering phones (multi line system), answering texts and emails, scheduling, scanning, collecting payment and patient information, completing of documents and responding to patient requests Assist the Doctor, practice administrator, and patient coordinators when needed Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations Keep confidentiality of patient information as per company policy Serve and protect the plastic surgery practice by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements Perform additional duties as assigned Job Requirements:
Professional and courteous team player Efficient, being able to multi-task with exceptional organizational skills and follow through Detail oriented and reliable Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Accurately completes duties in a timely manner Takes pride in their professional appearance (business professional attire)
Experience:
Receptionist:
2 years' experience minimum (Preferred).
Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service Receptionist experience in Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology is a plus Bilingual is a plus Pay:
$20-$25 hourly (Depending on Experience) with room for growth.
