We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our studio, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
This is a part-time position.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries - Check-in clients and assist with filling out necessary forms - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area - Providing support to the office staff as needed - Assisting with maintenance projects as requested by the management team - Opening and closing of the office as needed by the office manager - Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of Boulevard booking system is highly preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite If you are a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
