Client Service Associate to come and join their team! As a client service associate your key job responsibilities will including providing operation and administrative support to client advisors, POC for all client issues, building client relationships
This opportunity will be fully in the office located in the West LA area
This opportunity is looking to pay between 80k-120k depending on level of experience
This opportunity is great for someone with a strong background in client service in the financial service industry and strong experience in high volume sales

Job Specifications:
- Providing operational and administrative support to the Client Advisors
- Act as POC for all client issues
- Building client relationships while delivering white-glove customer service
- Working cross functionally with different departments
- Over 4 years of Client Service and High volume sales experience required
- Experience using financial software's such as Salesforce, Schwab, TD Ameritrade, NFSC, or Fidelity highly preferred
- Bachelors Degree highly prefered
