Represents the restaurant professionally through effective communication, cooperation and relationships with all of the business partners and guests Operates effectively as part of a team, communicates clearly, ensures smooth service operations and quality service General Requirements 1-2 years of service experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Certifications.
Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
Extensive food and wine knowledge.
