Position is Monday-Thursday 8:

Candidate should have at least (1) year of dental experience.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member - Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar - Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims - Assist with billing and financial transactions - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred - Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment - Strong administrative skills, including knowledge of medical terminology, scheduling, and record keeping - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills If you have previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist, we encourage you to apply.
