Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents to be filed with the court.
Complete legal documents as requested by senior attorneys.
Take detailed notes at depositions and hearings.
Draft and file legal motions.
Help lawyers with their caseloads.
,File documents with the court and other courts.
Prepare legal documents for the record.
Prepare legal documents.
Represent the firm in legal matters, such as hearings and trials.
