Our client is in search of a talented and highly motivated professional to take on the role of Executive Assistant to the Company's Founder and CEO.
In this dynamic position, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the overall success of the Company by providing essential support and assistance to the CEO.
As the right hand to the CEO, you will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting the CEO in various capacities.
This role involves significant, highly visible projects and relationships, requiring intelligence, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.
A professional demeanor is paramount, as you will act as a liaison with clients, external boards, and internal management teams.
The successful candidate should bring at least 8 years of prior experience as an Executive Assistant, showcasing a proactive, responsive, passionate, creative, and intuitive approach to their work.
Schedule:
Generally, a Monday through Friday schedule, business hours, with some flexibility needed for events, travel, etc.
Compensation:
Competitive compensation starting at $185,000
offered depending on experience and qualifications, with benefits.
