Job Description Beverly Hills Plaintiff's law firm is currently seeking a Labor and employment/litigation attorney with experience in California courts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Perform legal research, draft correspondence, complaints and other litigation documents for filing as necessary.
Heavy discovery work.
Attend court hearings as required.
Work with Managing attorney and a team of 2-3 on all cases.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of California Labor and Employment Laws.
In good standing with CA Bar.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Ability to effectively work with people, exercise sound judgement, and establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$70,000.
