Cycling Event Specialist

oMust be pleasant in dealing with guests and team members, with ability to perform in demanding situationsoMust be physically capable of performing basic dutiesoMust be able to endure prolonged walking and standingoMust have 2 years of experience in a Restaurant/Retail/Hospitality Customer Service positionoMust be knowledgeable of Fogo's menu and missionoMust have the ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 30 poundsoMust be able to physically drive a vehicleoMust have a valid driver's license and current auto insuranceoMust have the ability to use personal vehicle for deliveries and offsite eventsCatering Specialist
Responsibilities:
oGuide Guests through catering menu, offerings, and pricingLead and assist with the planning of their menu and orderIdentify and facilitate delivery special requests.oCoordinate order details with restaurant teamLead service and schedule all catering pickups and deliveries.oPrior to event date, confirm all details of each catering order with the Guest to ensure proper execution; menu, specific pick-up or delivery time, delivery type, packaging needs, special requests, and delivery special instructions.oExecute all catering orders and deliveries with the highest standard of organization and accuracy.oProvide a hospitable experience throughout the catering/delivery process.oTrain Assistant Catering Specialist on Fogo service standards.oBe prepared to respond to and resolve guests' concerns and questions in a direct concise way.oAnticipate and prevent potential service or product breakdowns.oEscalate guest and team questions, concerns, issues directly to management immediately.oBe knowledgeable of all catering menu items, their contents and preparation methods.oFollow up on all catering inquiries/leads to secure future business.oStay informed about all company marketing and promotional activities.oCoordinate and attend local events as requested.oAttend business and networking events as requested, with the sole purpose of growing Catering Brand awareness.oBe attentive to any object, condition or substance that might cause injury to a guest or fellow team member.oAdhere to all Fogo safety rules and guidelines.oPerform all reasonable tasks assigned by management.This position has a fixed rate of 18.00 and is also eligible to receive tipsAdditional details regarding tips will be made available during onboarding or upon request.#J-18808-Ljbffr Recommended Skills Customer Service Networking Packaging And Processing Duties Retailing Vehicle Insurance Restaurant Operation Apply to this job.
