We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Wellness Sanctuary, located in Beverly Hills.
As a Receptionist with Social Media and Multimedia Skills, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service at our center while also managing our social media presence and multimedia content.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and provide relevant information to clients and visitors.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and maintain accurate records of bookings.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage social media accounts (e.

, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to promote our center's services, events, and updates.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media to maintain positive interactions with clients and followers.
- Assist in multimedia content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and photography for marketing materials, website, and social media.
Requirements:
- Experience in reception duties and customer service.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
- Knowledge of multimedia tools, such as graphic design and video editing software.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Interest or experience in wellness is a plus.
