Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day spa operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
Foster a positive and nurturing environment for clients and staff, promoting a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork.
Recruit, train, and develop spa staff, providing ongoing coaching and support to maintain a high-performing team.
Monitor and manage the spa's budget, expenses, and revenue generation to achieve financial targets.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality spa products and equipment.
Oversee the scheduling and appointment booking process to optimize spa capacity and client satisfaction.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
Handle client feedback, complaints, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and wellness advancements to continually improve service offerings.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic spa environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and financials effectively.
Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and beauty products.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding client experience.
Familiarity with scheduling software and spa management systems.
A passion for the wellness and beauty industry, staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
