Beverly Hills, CA Beverly Hills, CA Full-time Full-time $23 - $30 an hour $23 - $30 an hour We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) assistant position that will work directly with our case managers in retrieving all necessary documents for new and existing cases.
This is an entry level position in which we will provide training upon hire.
Specific responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned task needed.

Support Case Managers Scan and save documentation needed for the case to the firm's system Send correct letters to clients Drafting correspondence Request medical records, police reports and bills on behalf of clients Maintain communication with client General office support & tasks as needed Build and maintain case database
Qualifications:
Warm, outgoing and customer service-oriented Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Knowledge of Microsoft Word Bilingual English/Spanish Attention to detail and deadline oriented What we do for you:
