OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team.
The Talent Acquisition Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our recruiting team throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
The ideal candidate has an interest in growing in the Talent Acquisition and Wellness space.
This person will have a passion for people and helping build a great company culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES Provide daily administrative support to the recruitment team Creating and managing travel arrangements for candidates - including but not limited to flights, hotel, and ground transportation Schedule interviews - onsite and virtual Updating and submitting team expense reports monthly Greeting and directing guests as needed Manage employee gifting Work cross functionally with Talent Acquisition partners; HR, Admin, IT, People Experience, etc QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree preferred 1
years of experience in a recruiting, admin, or HR support role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Microsoft Suite programs - preferably Outlook and Excel Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus, but not required The Hourly Range for this position is$23.
00 - $25.
00 per hour which represents the current range for this non-exempt position.
Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range.
Please also note the range listed is just one component of the Company's total rewards package for exempt employees.
Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
