JOB TITLE:
Office Manager The Office Manager will be responsible for general office-related administrative, executive assistant duties, and other various duties in order to maintain a consistent and successful day-to-day operation of the Corporate Office.
Office Duties Open front door, stairwell door, disarm alarm Maintain music Collect mail from mail box, receive mail, packages, and deliveries, distribute to proper persons Answer door bell, answer phone, take messages Sit at the front desk, greet all incoming persons, and notify proper party of their arrival Offer all guests refreshments upon arrival and as needed Entertain, converse with guests, visitors, manage office atmosphere Maintain office organization, curtains, furniture, conference rooms etc.
Maintain office screens/ TV's, electronic, batteries, lamps, light bulbs, cords, adapters, etc.
Maintain and manage office conference room calendar Stock each conference room with supplies and refreshments Maintain office kitchen, keep clean, keep organized, keep stocked, and break down boxes Maintain office Printers, ink, paper etc.
Order supplies weekly, from distributors for office, kitchen, conference rooms, etc.
Order lunch and help with the setup and cleanup of the lunch area, during internal/ external meetings Manage Office FedEx account, create and send out shipments for the entire office Manage Staples and Amazon accounts Executive Assistant Duties Manage the executive team's calendar, emails, calls, and travel arrangements Keep refreshments and snacks stocked at all times.
Make lunch and dinner reservations Manage out of office events, conferences, etc.
Manage and process expense reports Physical Requirements Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 15 pounds without assistance Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
