$45,000-$65,000 Typical Working Hours:
M-F 8AM-4:
30PM; after 90 days of employment one remote day offer ed (T,W or R) Responsibilities include:
Manage client's accounts payables and receivables Ensure all entries have proper backup, coding, and approvals before processing Enter all payables and cash receipts in Zenith and scan backup to each entry Run and maintain an accurate accounts payable list Ensure all client's bills are paid on time Resolve any outstanding payment issues Download client credit cards and code Reconcile bank accounts weekly Handle emails and inquiries in a timely manner Prepare monthly cash flow for clients Perform other general accounting duties and projects as requested Other administrative duties as needed Requirements:
At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience Able to work independently, as well as with a team Great communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism Client service oriented Punctual, reliable, and proactive Familiarity with Zenith is a plus Benefits include:
