This position is responsible for assisting the Mission with day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative duties and working in other diplomatic missions.
Duties Include:
Providing administrative support to the Mission 'Front of house' work representation, meeting citizens during Consular public hours Providing assistance to Kuwaiti citizens, and their families, who are in difficulty; Answering queries relating to Kuwait from the general public; Assisting diplomatic staff with office tasks; Providing administrative support to the Mission; Executing other administrative tasks as required; and working on the consulate's communications, both traditional and digital/ social media based and public outreach work Essential Requirements Include:
The candidate must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills Work well under pressure Have previous office experience of no less than one year Have a flexible approach to the work they are required to do and have a demonstrable work ethic Have strong written and verbal communication skills Have excellent English and Arabic language skills, both written and verbal Have American Sign language skills Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
