Construction Project Manager (Commerical)

The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience and the ability to implement and execute best-practice project management methods, tools and documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES Manage 1-2 projects, while managing site personnel and interact with homeowners, designers, architects and office administration Oversee documents, budget, schedule, bid procurement and negotiation with subcontractors and vendors.
Generate complete project breakdown (scope of work) and be proficient with construction documents and architectural drawings.
Excellent supervision, management and communication (verbal/written) skills.
Must be computer literate and be able to generate reports and spreadsheets.
Must be able to travel between job sites QUALIFICATIONS Must have a solid understanding of the construction industry, job site safety requirements, contract management, planning and scheduling, budgets, building products, and technology.
Knowledge of construction budgets, critical path and schedules.
Ability to present a credible, confident, positive image of oneself and the company during oral presentations to clients, designers and others.
Proficient time management and organization skills.
High level of fluency reading plans.
Excellent analytical abilities.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Proficient in Adobe, Blue Beam, MS Project, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Procore Construction Management software.
8-10
Years Experience Preferred.
